Byhisdaisy is committed to provide the best product and service to our customers and this is reflected in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.
Our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made online at http://www.byhisdaisy.com.my or through our authorized Byhisdaisy dropship.
Returns due to creases from shipping will not be accepted. Should the product is returned to us in unsaleable condition, Byhisdaisy reserved the right to refuse the return and the product will be send back to you.
Byhisdaisy are not liable on the return parcel until item reaches Byhisdaisy office.
REFUND POLICY
a) Customer Guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to request for refund.
If there is a major failure with an item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item(s) within a reasonable time.
Byhisdaisy will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing refund. A photo must be provided to the Byhisdaisy team supporting the claim.
b) Change of Mind
If you have simply changed your mind, we do not provide refunds.
Byhisdaisy will not entertain any personal reasons as such:
- Want to get the item for attending an event you have planned beforehand.
- Ordered wrong colour, wrong size, wrong collection, and wrong quantity.
- Not suitable with the skin colour.
- Unmatched with partner/ spouse.
- Accidentally made an order.
Byhisdaisy, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
c) Change of Address
Change of Address’s must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering with the subject ‘CHANGE OF ADDRESS’ to customercare.byhisdaisy@gmail.com
Change of Address will charge you to reprint the Air Way Bill if the item is not posted. If the item has already been posted, you will be charged for re-posting if the item return back to us.
If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Byhisdaisy has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped and not refundable.
d) Special Offer/ Pre-Order
Special offer such as campaign, promotion, AS-IS sale is not refundable, changing of colour, size, item. All defects item(s) will be stated as defect and Byhisdaisy will not responsible for unsatisfactory condition.
e) Unauthorized Dealer
Byhisdaisy will not responsible if the payment has been made to unauthorized platform. Please refer here for How Do I Buy? section.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return the product within 7 working days upon parcel received and make sure the product abides the return/exchange policy terms as stated below. Working day is counted by not include Saturdays & Sundays and public holidays.
a) Defective/ Flawed Item(s)
Oppss, we are so sorry! There are two categories of defective product; (a) Major defect and (b) Minor defect.
- Major defect: You found an issue with the item(s) that does affect the functionality such as torn and permanent mark on the item. You may request for exchange or refund.
- Minor defect: Imperfection of the item that does not affect its functionality such as tiny marks, poor sewing/ finishing, discoloured, disoriented printing. You may request for exchange but no refund.
b) Wrong Item(s)
Oppss, we are truly sorry! You've received an item that does not match with what you've ordered. You may request for immediate exchange but no refund.
c) Wrong Size
If the size you've ordered is not suitable for you after you've tried your item, you may request for exchange but no refund. However, this is subject to the stock availability. Byhisdaisy has the right to accept or reject the request.
Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the item(s) must be:
- In saleable condition;
- The product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available);
- Must include proof of payment/order.
REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Please refer to the details below:
- Refund will be made via your original mode of payment if the product(s) returned are in accordance with our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy 2022.
- Please contact our Customer care 016-8569818 (office hour 9AM - 5PM, weekdays ONLY) or drop us an email at customercare.byhisdaisy@gmail.com before returning the item(s).
- Fill out the Refund, Return & Exchange Form that will be given after you contact our customer care team.
- Return the Refund, Return & Exchange Form via email immediately for our team to process your item.
- Proceed to your preferred courier and ship your return to the address below:
